Shuhaiza Shuib engaged in dishonest conduct in that, being a Partner of the firm Messrs S & Partners, Advocates and Solicitors, Kuala Lumpar, Malaysia, she used client account funds for unauthorised purposes, for which conduct she was struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaysia on 25th November 2006.
Shuhaiza Shuib failed to report to the Bar Standards Board that she had been found guilty of a disciplinary offence whilst in practice as a member of the Bar of Malaya, namely that she had been struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaysia for serious misconduct.
